We are at ThingMonk 2016

ThingMonk [https://thingmonk.com/] introduces itself as ‘the developer conference for people making IoT platforms.’ This obviously speaks to us- and we’ve got to be there- in no small part because previous years were great experiences too! ThingMonk introduces itself as “the developer conference for people making IoT platforms.” This obviously speaks to us, and we’ve got to be there, in no small part because previous years were great experiences too! The event runs between 2016 Sep 12-14, in London (all three days at a different location in Shoreditch).

We bring together technologists and designers building core infrastructure for IoT for 2 days of awesome, unique talks on topics including bots, industrial automation/industry 4.0, machine learning, time series data, programming language choices and UX. These are talks by practitioners.

Ronald McCollam, our Solution Architect will present at the event, in collaboration with our partners from Samsung ARTIK. The talk is called End-to-End or Bust – The Building Blocks of a Successful IoT Project, and will focus on bringing together the three main building blocks of the Internet of Things – hardware modules, data, and code.

If you are interested in IoT and also in some hands-on experience, be sure to also check out the Day 0 programme which includes a Hack Day and a Coding Workshop. (Practically all our London-based team will be at the Hack Day, building projects.) Get your tickets online!

If you are in London, we will also have a talk at Hardware Pioneers, a hardware startup community!
